What is your defect rate policy?

At SneakerList, we maintain strict quality control before any order leaves our supplier studios. Since we operate on a wholesale, unbranded athletic footwear basis, our defect rate is kept exceptionally low—typically under 2% per batch. Each style is inspected for stitching, sole adhesion, and material consistency before packing.

If you do receive any defective units (e.g., mismatched sizing or visible flaws), simply send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and offer a replacement or credit on your next mixed order. For bulk purchases, our team can also arrange pre-shipment sampling to verify quality before full production.

We encourage you to start with a small trial order across our Nike Air Max or Jordan collections to test our consistency. Flexible MOQ means you can mix models to spread risk.
